Finally somewhere I can leave comments. Heck, I picked this book up at Costco after hearing about it. Well, I hadn't *really* heard about it. I was thrown into the fire. I read the book at home and hide it in public places like the airport. For me, it started off almost too much. I didn't think I could handle it, but I'm not on book 3 and the story has evolved well enough. And the dom/sub thing isn't working so well. Certainly I'd take the Audi or the Saab, the $5,000 heels and so on, but all the whipping part...... no. And I'm pretty sure "Laters, baby" will become a fixture in my vocab at some point too. :) I just want to see Christians face though.

We are tough on each other, aren't we? The problem is, so many kids are going off the rails and people don't seem to really understand why - perhaps all the comments are a sign of panic - saying more about the commenter than the kids themselves.

I am looking forward to everything at the Lego Kidsfest!!To say Legos is a huge part of our lives is in understatement. Both my 5 year old and my 9 year old have been playing with Legos since they could. Being a single mom has its challenges, Legos have helped in so many parts. Both of my kids can entertain themselves with Legos in any situation. After the not so popular meltdowns they seem to calm down much faster if Legos are involved. The kids soon to be step-dad had his 1st bonding moments with the kids and Legos. Taking the 2 kids to the Lego store picking out a few sets and building the sets and the relationship. We also incorporate Legos in our kids daily homework and problem solving.
Legos Have made a difference in our new family!

One of my favorite Lego memories is giving my twins two Lego kits I had as a kid. Of course they promptly dumped them in with all of their other Legos and now we don't know which parts went with the kits, but oh well; they had fun!

Sorry, Deborah. The coupon came from LEGO and it was their date, not mine. I agree with you, it would have been nice if it had lasted longer. However, I did find another discount code from www.thevacationgals.com. You can use it for $2 off until April 17. VACATION12
